Covered Bridge Bicycle Tour

Sunday August 10, 2025

2025 marks the 46th annual Covered Bridge Bicycle Tour.

The Covered Bridge Bicycle Tour is a one day event with ride options of 23, 44, 68, 85, and 100 miles, on the scenic backroads of Linn County in Oregon's central Willamette Valley.

Experience the charm of the Mid-Valley Bicycle Club's Covered Bridge Bicycle Tour, a captivating one-day cycling journey through the picturesque Mid-Willamette Valley. Since its inception in the late 1970s, this event has been a beloved tradition, offering cyclists a variety of route options, convenient rest stops, mouthwatering food, and reliable SAG support to accommodate cyclists of all levels.

Join us as we traverse the scenic rural roads of Linn County and cross up to five historic covered bridges nestled in the heart of the Mid-Willamette Valley. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to the scene, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

And all riders look forward to their special treat at the end of the ride - our traditional root beer float!

Don't miss out on this unforgettable cycling experience!

Experience breathtaking scenic views, expansive open fields, and gentle rolling hills with minimal interruptions from traffic lights. What's more, a significant portion of your entry fee directly supports Bicycle Education & Safety programs in the MVBC's Willamette Valley community.

Join us for the Covered Bridge Bicycle Tour this year! Bring along your family and spread the word to your friends. It's a rare opportunity to embark on a stunning one-day ride, complemented by unparalleled hospitality and unbeatable pricing. You won't find a more beautiful cycling experience anywhere else!
